Operations & Maintenance
The other 30 years. Protect production. Protect the warranty.
A commercial solar system is a 25-year asset, and SunRenu treats it like one. SunRenu continuously monitors every system it builds — tracking production day to day, catching soiling and performance drift early, and recommending cleanings and service before they ever cost you on a utility bill. That kind of ongoing oversight is rare in this industry, and it's how SunRenu protects both your output and your equipment warranties for the long haul.
What you get
Operation and Maintenance Services
Production monitoring + alerts
We watch every inverter, every string. Anomaly detection flags a fault before it's a noticeable bill increase.
Scheduled cleanings
Arizona dust + monsoon residue compound. We schedule cleanings on a cadence tuned to your specific site's soiling rate.
Component-level diagnostics
Thermal scans, IV curve traces, ground-fault isolation. We find the failing component, not just the failing string.
Rapid-response repairs
In-state crews mean a truck on site in days, not weeks. Warranty paperwork handled on your behalf with the manufacturer.
Our approach
How a SunRenu operations & maintenance project actually runs.
Whether SunRenu installed your system or not, we'll take it over. Onboarding starts with a baseline performance review, a documentation audit (drawings, warranties, monitoring credentials), and a thermal/IV scan.
From there we set a service cadence: quarterly visual + cleaning, semi-annual electrical inspection, annual full diagnostics. Custom programs for systems with batteries or special site conditions.
Production review monthly on systems we build: production vs expected, any anomalies investigated, any work performed, and a forward-looking maintenance plan. The same person you call today is the same person on next year's report.
